• Completion of accumulated small repairs and punch-list items within scope
• Observation of developing issues, raised with you, not diagnosed as a licensed inspection would be
• An updated property record and, if you have one, Home Plan after every visit

Not included

• Not an inspection, engineering evaluation, or code-compliance review
• Scope per visit is defined; larger work becomes a separate Home Repair job or a referral to a licensed trade
• Visits happen quarterly, four times a year; pricing and included time per visit are not yet published; talk with us about your home
