Work that requires a separately licensed trade, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or gas work, is outside our current scope, and we’ll tell you plainly when a request crosses that line.
A one-off handyman call solves the thing in front of you. Home Care is a recurring relationship: we return on a schedule, handle maintenance and accumulating small repairs before they turn into a large list, and keep a record of what has been done so the next visit doesn’t start from zero.
No. Each of the three services works on its own. A Home Plan is useful because it keeps the bigger picture and the history in one place, and it gets more useful once we’re also doing Home Repair or Home Care work, but it is not required to start.
We’ll say so directly rather than attempt work outside our scope. We are not currently licensed for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other regulated trade work.
We don’t publish guarantees we haven’t verified we can keep. Home Repair pricing is set per job, and Home Care pricing is still being finalized (visits happen quarterly, four times a year). Talk with us about your home for a real answer.
No. We work with people who own and live in their homes. We don’t collect rent, manage tenants, or administer leases.
